Acrylics + Oil (36"x60")

Ooooook...

I'm currently working on my Nightmare series, but i decided to do this quick painting just to change my mind. I wanted to do something a bit more "light", with smooth colors, etc.

A few friends saw it and they were like "Omg, we didn't know you could do that!". I didn't think i could either and i have to admit that it's a bit confusing. People would like to see me do more of this type of painting, so i'll see...

Someone bought it before it was completed, so i'm posting it as it is (not sure if i'll modify it or keep it like that).

The colors are incredible. The pose is lovely. You are truly inspiring.
The colors are gorgeous. I love how you incorporated the warm-cold contrast without overdoing it, and the different textures really make it interesting. It looks very nonchalant, and like the title implies, my eyes really were drawn to the robe rather than the girl. I seriously can't stop staring at this.
Thanks!

I forgot to mention that i used some colored tissue wrap (glued with medium gel).
